We treat the day your site goes live as a milestone, not a finish line. When Axora launches a site, we don’t disappear – we stay available for support and improvements. After launch, we provide a 30-day grace period where you can request minor tweaks, ask questions about site management, and ensure everything works the way you need it to. This post-launch period is included with every package.
Free minor tweaks and fixes
During the support window we fix any small bugs or design inconsistencies that you notice. Maybe a line breaks on mobile or an image looks slightly off. Let us know and we’ll patch it quickly. These tweaks are free – they’re part of our guarantee that your site is polished and stable.
Training and handover
Your site will likely use a user-friendly CMS or a simple builder that lets you update text and images on your own. Upon launch we’ll record a custom walkthrough video or host a live call showing you how to edit your pages, change photos, and add blog posts (if applicable). This empowers you to maintain your site without needing to contact us for every small update.
Maintenance packages
Websites, like vehicles, benefit from regular check-ups. For clients who want peace of mind, we offer maintenance packages that include software updates (themes, plug-ins), security monitoring, backups, and content updates. Maintenance ensures your site remains secure and compatible with new browser versions. We bill these packages monthly or annually, depending on your preference.
When to consider redesigns
Typically, a website benefits from a refresh every 2–3 years to incorporate new design trends, technologies, and changes in your business. If your brand evolves, you launch new products, or you want to drastically change your aesthetic, we can do a redesign rather than a small tweak. Our redesign process is similar to an original build, except we have more data about your visitors and what works.
Ongoing marketing support
Launching a site is one step; driving traffic is another. We’re happy to advise you on basic digital marketing, such as Google My Business setup, Facebook Ads funnels, and search engine optimisation strategies. For more intensive campaigns (email newsletters, content marketing, social media management) we work with partners or can refer you to trusted providers.
